Our three therapy rooms are all good sizes and finished in calm colours. Each room will have an apple iPod if you want music, choice of lighting and a small sink for handwashing. Suitable for a wide range of therapies, there is plenty of space for a desk, chair, massage couch or futon.

We have full time receptionists to answer initial queries, book people in and to take payment. There are changing rooms with lockers and showers and a coffee lounge with organic fairtrade coffee, teas and maybe just the odd slice of (healthy!) cake for afterwards.

For clients on foot, we are just 2 minutes walk from Debenhams and for those that drive there is a big pay and display car park in front of our doors (nice and light at night time).

The two yoga studios will have a busy timetable of different styles and times to appeal to a large cross section of people. As many teachers are bringing their existing classes across to us, the studio will be busy from day one with people open to holistic health therapies.

We will be investing heavily in marketing - local advertising, flyers, posters, events, pieces in the local and national press as well as working with the different yoga and healthy living magazines - regular and focused effort. We will also have a website with strong search engine presence so that people can find us (and you) online.

We already have Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu, Tui Na and Cranial Sacral therapists confirmed and we are talking to others, but there are still spaces for qualified therapists.

Costs
You can hire the room on an 'as required' basis at £10 per hour - no need to commit to more than that whilst we have plenty of space. If you do want to book for a half day (4hrs) then the price drops down to £9 per hour, and for a full day it drops to £7.65 per hour. Prices are +VAT but that's it. No other costs.
